All payments made towards Shichida program and related transactions are subject to the following terms:

1. No Refund Policy: All fees paid for sessions, registration, or programs are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including but not limited to: Missed classes, Change in schedule, Personal reasons, Illness or holidays

​

2. Centre-Initiated Cancellation: In the event that a program or session is cancelled by the center, an appropriate: Rescheduling, or Credit for future sessions may be provided at the sole discretion of the center.

3. Rescheduling: A maximum of [2 sessions per term] may be rescheduled, subject to: Prior notice, Availability of slots, No refunds will be provided for rescheduled or missed sessions beyond this limit.

4. Trial / Promotional Sessions: Any trial, or promotional sessions: Have nominal monetary value, Are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

5. Payment Disputes: By making a payment, you agree to this policy and waive any right to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes except in cases of proven duplicated or unauthorized transactions.
