These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, then You may not access the Service. We reserve the right to update / amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. You represent that you are over the age of 18.

Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Application or the Website and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Intellectual Property

Shichida India  is the licensee of all the Intellectual Property rights on our site, and in the material published throughout it. Those works are protected by copyright law and treaties around the world. The content of this website is protected under the Intellectual Property laws of England and Wales. All such rights are reserved. You acknowledge that you must not modify, copy, distribute, reproduce the website or any of the Intellectual Property Rights on our website.

Admission & Fee

A completed Registration form, booking form, Registration fee and deposit are required to secure your child's place. Goods and Services Tax (GST) shall be charged as per prevailing Indian laws. The registration fee and tuition fee covers administration and welcome kit.  There is no extra deposit necessary. Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Session accounts are payable 100% in Advance or monthly, in advance for a three-month term. Accounts are payable by UPI, Cards or Bank Transfer with approved payment gateways made payable to " Brain Astra Private Limited". We do not accept childcare vouchers. Invoices will be issued in the week preceding the start of the Term/ Month. Any parent or carer whose fees remain unpaid after 5th of the month, without prior agreement of the Shichida India Center Manager, risks their child’s place being withdrawn. All discounts apply to core sessions provision only and do not apply to extra sessions or other services. Unless we are in breach of these terms and conditions all booked sessions must be paid for regardless of child’s attendance. No refunds are given for missed sessions due to sickness or holidays or unavoidable center closure, however with prior notice of 24 hours we can postpone the session not more than once in a month and maximum of two in a term. Be aware that the number of sessions provided each month may vary as they are scheduled weekly. Bank holidays and staff training days will not be charged for. In case of default on payment the center reserves the right to apply necessary administration charges for preparation of court papers and interest will be charged at the bank’s prevailing base rate. The center is not responsible for collection of fees from any third parties. The center will give parents and carers one month’s notice of increase in fees which will normally be reviewed in April.

Promotions and Discounts

Shichida India may offer promotional discounts. In the event where discounts will be delivered as free sessions, these free sessions shall commence after completing the paid sessions. Discounted free or promotional sessions do not qualify for refund on cancellation as they bear no cash value.

Termination, cancellation and change of sessions

One month’s notice is required by either party for any change of session or termination of agreement. If parents choose to leave prior to the end of their notice, fees are non-refundable. The minimum period for any permanent change of sessions is one month. If the notified start date is changed by the parent, we reserve the right to charge from the original start date notified on the Agreement form. Shichida India reserves the right to terminate the Agreement with immediate effect in case of non-payment of fees, or if a parent, carer or child displays abusive, threatening or otherwise inappropriate behavior, or for any other reasonable cause. Intimidation or abuse of our staff will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination. In all other cases the standard notice period of one month will apply.

Copyright

The Shichida worksheets are copyrighted material, subject to India copyright law. Any reproduction (including photocopying) reuse or distribution of the Shichida worksheets is expressly prohibited. Violators will be liable to the full extent of the law.

Accidents and illness

Shichida India reserves the right to administer first aid and any emergency treatment as required. We may require parents to withdraw their child from center if they require special medical care or attention which is not available or refused by the parent, or it is considered that the child is not well enough to attend the sessions. We may also ask parents to withdraw their child from the center if we have reasonable cause to believe that the child is suffering from or has suffered from any communicable disease or infection and there remains a danger that other children may contract such a disease or infection. Parents must inform the center if the child is suffering from any illness, sickness or allergies before attending the sessions.

Website and Digital Platform Usage

Where services are accessed through the website or any digital platform, users agree to use such platforms only for lawful purposes. Users shall not: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, Disrupt or interfere with platform functionality and Copy, reproduce, or exploit any content. The center does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of any digital platform and shall not be liable for: Technical failures, Internet disruptions and Third-party service issues. The website may contain links to third-party websites. The center shall not be responsible for the content, policies or practices of such third-party platforms.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

The Shichida program is a holistic enrichment program. While designed to support early development, the center does not guarantee: Specific intellectual outcomes, Academic performance improvements and Gradable developmental results. Each child’s progress depends on multiple factors including home environment and parental involvement.

Limited Liability & Indemnity

Shichida India accepts no liability for any losses suffered by parents arising directly or indirectly, because of the center being temporarily closed or the non-admittance of your child to the center for any reason. We accept no responsibility for children whilst in their parent’s care on the center premises. We will not be liable to parents and/or children for any economic loss of any kind, for damage to the child’s or parent’s property, for any loss resulting from a claim made by any third party or for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind. Shichida India cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any parent’s, carers or child’s property or belongings. Every reasonable effort will be made by the center staff to ensure that property or belongings of any parent, carer or child are not damaged. Parents/guardians agree to indemnify and hold harmless the center, its directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses.
